September 2021 we, 2nd and 3rd year Graphic Design students of ArtEZ Zwolle, got a commission from Nicole Uniquole to design a stamp sheet for PostNL. We had to design a stamp sheet for the occasion of the 250th birthday of King Willem I. After months of designing and trying out different styles this was my end result. Unfortunately my design was not chosen but I am very grateful for this opportunity and to have worked together with my classmates on the sheet that got chosen instead.

We had to portray King Willem I on one of the stamps and his wife Wilhelmina van Pruisen on the other one. I was inspired by triptychs and used this to combine the 3 stamps together.
